Which car do your local police use? Why do you think so?

Question by X: Which car do your local police use? Why do you think so?
In Central Indiana, most departments I’ve seen use Ford/Mercury products. Is it because of a good deal, crash rating, speed, reliability or what?

Best answer:

Answer by James B
In Florida, most agencies use Ford/Mercury mainly because the police interceptors have big block V8s. Although since gas is cutting into the budgets more, the Impalas are gaining popularity.

Do cops really get free coffee at cafe shops?

Question by Ryan Mc: Do cops really get free coffee at cafe shops?
This is just a general question about if cops really do get deals at the local cafe because i always see them in the shop having a sip of coffee. So i was wondering if there is like kinda deal you watch our store and you get rewarded free coffee or at least a discount? If you are a cop do is this ethical? If you are offered free coffee would you take it?

I am studying at uni in Melbourne australia , it is crazy expensive (I’m from Sweden and its free to study there) but i dont know what you would pay in the us.

But what i can say is that the unis are very good, high standards, at least in melb, dont know about Sydney. So i think it would be à good choice to study here. And its Always more fun with some Change 🙂

Question by Justin: What are the requirements to run for mayor of Rochester, New York?
I am thinking of running for mayor of my city but I dont know the minimum requirements to do so. I am 18, have experience and know a great deal about local government and would be running as a member of the republican party (even though my ideology is not 100% conservative). Would I beable to do this? How? Is it to late?

Q&A: Where can you find a good coupon organizer?

Question by Romeo’s Juliet<3: Where can you find a good coupon organizer?
I’ve been looking for a coupon organizer and cannot find one I really like. I don’t really care for the ones that open up wide kind of like a filing system that you have to make tabs for. Or if anyone knows a way to make one yourself that would also be very helpful.

Thanks in advance 🙂

I use a simple small file box with tabbed categories I got two years ago from Office depot, but there’s a buzz going around about the “Couponizer” which costs about $ 20.00. That’s probably not a bad deal for what you get because I spent $ 11.00 dollars for my file box and tabs which coincidentally paid for itself on the very first grocery trip.

Either way, I say go for a small file box with tabs that you can carry in your shopping cart’s front seat; this is the system many serious and beginner couponers use successfully; the trick is to have a system where you have easy access to all your coupons at the drop of a hat.
